Online Training Courses and PDF Materials
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all sales of online training courses and downloadable PDF educational materials provided by FROG-TECH OÜ, a private limited company (Osaühing) duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia and registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registration number 16075313, with its registered office in Estonia.
By placing an order through our platform, the customer agrees to be bound by these T&Cs without reservation.
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of FROG-TECH OÜ and its customers in connection with the sale of online training courses and PDF materials made available through the company’s website or digital platform.
Any order placed on the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
An order is considered final once it has been confirmed by the customer and full payment has been received.
All prices are indicated in euros (€) and are valid at the time of the order. FROG-TECH OÜ reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of purchase.
Payment is made online by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method made available on the website.
FROG-TECH OÜ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.
Access to online training courses and downloadable PDF materials is granted after confirmation of payment.
Login credentials provided to the customer are strictly personal and confidential. They may not be shared, transferred, or resold. The customer is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access details.
PDF materials are available for download directly from the platform and remain accessible under the conditions specified at the time of purchase.
FROG-TECH OÜ reserves the right to suspend access in case of breach of these T&Cs.
In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply once:
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date on which FROG-TECH OÜ is informed of the decision to withdraw.
All content provided as part of the online training courses and PDF materials (including, but not limited to, texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, and course structures) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, publication, or commercial use of the content without prior written authorization from FROG-TECH OÜ is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
FROG-TECH OÜ undertakes to provide high-quality training courses and materials. However, it does not guarantee that the content is free from errors or omissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FROG-TECH OÜ shall not be held liable for:
Nothing in these T&Cs shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no amicable solution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia.
Consumers may also have the right to refer disputes to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or to use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, where applicable.
